Instructions: 1 Finely cut the chocolate. Boil the butter. Have the eggs ready at room temperature, in a mixer to combine with the golden natural castor sugar.
Pour the boiling butter over the chocolate, making sure it is melted. 2 Add to the egg and sugar mix on a medium speed and fold in the flour. Pour into 6cm diameter buttered moulds before it sets. Once set, it will keep. 3 Cook at 180c for 10-12 minutes (using a fan-assisted oven helps). Serve immediately. 4 To serve: sprinkle white chocolate ice cream (from good supermarkets) with sugar over the pudding and garnish with a strawberry. Email this Recipe:
