Instructions: Crust: Combine ingredients and press in bottom and halfway up sides of springform pan
Filling: Beat cream cheese until soft. Add sugar; eggs, lemon, and vanilla. Spoon over crust. Bake at 350 F for approximately 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Keep oven on. Topping: Combine ingredients in bowl and refrigerate while cheesecake is baking. After cake cools for the 15 minutes, spoon topping over cheesecake and return to oven for 5 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Serving Ideas: Garnish with fruit and/or glaze. Email this Recipe:
