Instructions: 2 Lbs. of lamb, pork or chicken cut into pieces (for skewering)
Mix all together; add meat and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Skewer and barbeque. My old way of eating these was to pull them off the skewer and place on a slice of Italian bread which was slathered with butter.
