Ingredients:

1 x 411 gram jar luxury mincemeat
3 tbl Cointreau liquor or brandy
50 gm Flaked, toasted almonds
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 x Orange, juice of
2 tbl Black treacle
2 x Eggs, beaten
50 gm Fresh white bread crumbs
75 gm Self raising flour
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Grease and line the base of a 1 litre/1 3/4 pt microwave-proof pudding basin.

2 Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until well blended together.

Pour the mixture into the prepared basin and level the top.

3 Cover the basin top with buttered greaseproof paper and then microwave clingfilm, pierced several times.

4 Microwave on medium for eight minutes and then allow to rest for five minutes before turning out on a serving plate. To reheat, microwave on medium heat for five minutes.
