Ingredients:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cloves
3/4 cup vegetable oil -- plus 2 tbsps
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 x egg
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup butterscotch morsels
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, combine flour, ginger, baking soda, and cloves; set aside. In large bowl, combine vegetable oil, molasses, brown sugar, and egg; beat well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in nuts and butterscotch morsels. Pour into greased 13- x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cut into 2- x 1 inch bars.

Yield: about 54 bars (1 per serving).
