Instructions: Beat margarine & sugars until smooth. Add egg. Add yogurt & vanilla & beat until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & spices. Cover the batter & refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Drop the batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425F for 7-9 minutes or until the cookies are puffed & lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. NOTES : These have a nice flavor & a cakey texture. I added a bit of glaze to them. The original recipe said the recipe made 48 cookies but I thought they were too small.
