2 tbl chili powder, preferably Gebhardt
1 tsp to 2 of cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbl granulated garlic or garlic powder
2 tbl light or dark brown sugar
1 tbl ground cumin
1 tbl dry mustard, preferably Colmans
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl or jar.

This recipe yields 1 cup.
