Instructions: In 2 quart casserole combine potatoes, apples, and 1/4 cup of juice. Microwave 100% power for 14-16 minutes until potatoes and apples are crisp-tender, stirring twice. In small bowl stir together remaining apple juice cornstarch and seasonings. Stir into potato mixture and cook on high for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are glazed and heated through, stirring twice.
