Instructions: I sliced some russet potatoes into thick slices - probably 1-2 to 3/4" boiled them in some salted water until just tender.
Drained the water and tossed with 1 tsp of I Cant Believe Its Not Butter Light and chili powder. Lay slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle some cheese of choice (I think I used some Fontina I had laying around) and broil. NOTES : They turned out very well. I think its very versatile - use whatever herb or spice you want and whatever cheese seems to complement the herb/spice. Email this Recipe:
