Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup Margarine
2 lb Beef stew meat, cubed
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
1 can VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables, drained (16 oz)
1 tsp Thyme, dried
1 x Bay leaf
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbl Brown sugar
1 cup Beer or water
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Melt margarine in skillet; brown beef.

2. Add flour and mix well.

3. Add onions, garlic spices, sugar, beer or water, and broth.

4. Place casserole dish in 350F. oven. Cook 1-1/2 hours until meat is tender, adding VEG-ALL 15 minutes before completion.

5. Remove whole bay leaf and serve.
