Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 180 C .
2. Grease 6 (10 cm) muffin cups or 12 regular size ones. 3. In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking soda and spice. Stir in buttermilk just until flour mixture is moistened. Fold in raisins. 4. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 35-40 min. (25-30 min for 12-cup tin) or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Difficulty : easy.
