Instructions: Combine spices and 3 cups cider and place over low heat. Bring to boiling point and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 30 minutes. Add remaining cider, orange and lemon rind. Chill. When ready to serve, pour over ice cubes. Garnish with orange or lemon slices.
