Instructions: Place the apple juice, sugar, cranberries and spice in a saucepan. Stir over a moderate heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Bring to the boil then simmer gently, uncovered for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fruit is soft and pulpy. Carefully pour into clean, dry, warmed jars and cover as for jam. Alternatively, pour into a suitable container and allow to cool before freezing. NOTES : A delicious sauce for the festive period, perfect with turkey or pork. Makes 1-1/2 pounds approx.
