Instructions: Combine first 6 ingredients. Add pork tenderloins, turning to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 3 - 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Prepare the grill. When the coals are ready, place the tenderloins on the grill and sear quickly on all sides, with the rack close to the coals. Raise the rack 4 or 5 inches above the coals, close cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with maple syrup. Do not overcook.
