Recipe for Spiced Orange Mayonnaise

8 tbl	mayonnaise
	finely grated zest of 1orange
4 tsp	tomato paste
2 tsp	mild curry powder
1 tsp	mustard
7 tbl	light cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix the mayonnaise with the orange zest tomato paste curry powder mustard and cream blending well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and let stand for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

A warm subtle yet freshtasting mayonnaise dressing which is perfect to serve with any duck game or rich meat salads especially those made with citrus fruits.

Makes 1 1/2 cups
