Instructions: Drain peaches and reserve 1 1/3 cup of juice. Grease 9x13 x1 1/2-inch cake pan with the margarine. Spread peaches evenly over bottom of cake pan. Mix in separate bowl brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over peaches. In mixing bowl, mix spiced cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and reserved peach juice for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour cake batter over peaches in pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out of center clean. Immediately invert onto cookie sheet or serving plate.
