Instructions: Beat egg white and water until foamy, not dry and stiff. Pour in peanuts and stir until coated well. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon; mix in peanuts.

Place in large pan, bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees and stir every 15 minutes. Very good.
