Instructions: Whip egg whites and cold water until fluffy. Add pecans and stir to coat nuts. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to nuts and mix well. Bake on cookie sheet. Stir with spatula every 15 minutes. Cook at 225 degrees for one hour.
