Instructions: Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, cloves, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan; simmer over low heat 10 minutes. Add pineapple and bring to a boil. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with slotted spoon. 4 servings.
