Instructions: Combine all ingredients, except buns, in a 4-quart electric slow cooker, stirring well. Cover and cook on High for 4 to 5 hours or on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker, using a slotted spoon; let cook slightly. Shred pork, using two large forks. Return shredded pork to slow cooker; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve on toasted buns, if desired. Email this Recipe:
