Ingredients:

2 lb boneless pork loin roast cut in 2" pieces
2 can whole tomates -14 1/2-oz drained and chopped
1/3 cup raisins
2 tbl tomato paste
2 tbl apple cider or white vinegar
1 tbl chopped pickled jalapenos
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 lrg onion chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients, except buns, in a 4-quart electric slow cooker, stirring well. Cover and cook on High for 4 to 5 hours or on Low for 8 to 10 hours.

Remove pork from slow cooker, using a slotted spoon; let cook slightly. Shred pork, using two large forks. Return shredded pork to slow cooker; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve on toasted buns, if desired.
