Instructions: In bowl combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, chile pepper, garlic powder and salt; reserve. Spread onion over bottom of 4 qt crockpot. Top with even layer of sweet potatoes, then pork. Pour ketchup mixture over pork. Cover crockpot; cook on low 8-10 hrs. Just before serving, add peas to crockpot. Cover; cook until peas are just heated through, 1-2 mins. Using slotted spoon, transfer meat and vegetables to serving bowl. In small bowl whisk flour with 3 tbsp water until smooth; stir into sauce in crockpot. Increase temperature to high; cover. Bring to boil; cook until sauce thickens, about 1 min. Pour sauce over pork and vegetables; sprinkle with parsley.
