1/2 cup CURRANTS OR RAISINS
1 tbl SUGAR
1/4 tsp GROUND CINNAMON
Instructions:
Instructions: IN A SAUCEPAN BRING MILK TO BOILING. STIR IN RAISINS OR CURRANTS, SUGAR, CINNAMON AND 1/4 TEASPOON SALT. SLOWLY ADD FARINA, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

COOK AND STIR JUST TO BOILING. REDUCE HEAT; COOK AND STIR FOR 30 SECONDS.

COVER AND REMOVE FROM HEAT; LET STAND 1 MINUTE. SPOON INTO BOWLS.
