1 bot (750 ml) red wine
1/2 cup Sugar
----------------- SPICED WINE PACKET ----------------
1/2 tsp Whole allspice
6 whl cloves
1/2 tsp Dried ground orange peel
2 stk (1-1/2 inch) cinnamon
1 dsh Nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: To make spiced wine packet, place spices and peel on cheesecloth and tie into bag with string. Combine wine, surar and spice packet in saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. DO NOT BOlL. Remove packet before serving.
