Instructions: Place ribs in a roasting tin and cook uncovered at the higher temperature for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile make sauce. In a large saucepan heat the oil Add the onion garlic and ginger and cook until softened. Stir in all the remaining ingredients bring to the boil and simmer uncovered for five minutes. Remove ribs from the oven drain off excess juices. Pour over sauce to coat the ribs. Return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 45 minutes bastingoccasionally until ribs are sticky. Serve with jacket potatoes or potato skins and a mixed salad. Alternatively place four spare rib chops in the bottom of an ovenproof dish pour over sauce. Cook uncovered for 45 to 50 rninutes basting occasionally until chops are tender.
