1 med	Cucumber, Peeled and Finely Chopped, About 1 Cup
1/2 med	Red Onion, Finely Chopped, About 1/2 Cup
2 tbl	Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
2 tbl	Red Wine Or Cider Vinegar
2 tsp	Fresh Hot Green Chili, Chopped, OR
1/4 tsp	Cayenne Pepper, Crushed
1 tsp	Honey

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
