1 lb Rump roast, trimmed

1 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
1 tbl Fresh ginger root, peeled & minced
4 x Cloves garlic, minced
4 tbl Sesame oil
2 tbl Chili sauce, hot
2 tbl Soy sauce
1 tbl Rice vinegar
1 whl lime, juiced
pn Sugar, optional
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut beef into long strips, about 1/8 inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients.

Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer. Grill or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until desired doneness.
