Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
300 gm black chickpeas soaked overnight and sprouted for 8 hours
3 tbl sunflower oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 lrg onion chopped
150 gm tomatoes chopped
1 tsp tummeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp sugar
4 tbl coconut grated if fresh or desiccated
4 tbl coriander leaves chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Boil the chickpeas in water until soff drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds.

Add the onion and fry until brown.

Stir in the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.

Add all the powder spices sugar and salt and mix well.

Add the cooked chickpeas.

Take off the heat and add the coconut and coriander.

Mix well and serve hot.

Serves 4
