Recipe for Spicy Black Soybean Salsa

4 med	tomatoes chopped
1 can	chopped green chiles (4.5 oz.) drained
1/3 cup	chopped onion
1/3 cup	chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 tsp	salt
1 x	jalapeno pepper seeded and finely
	diced

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve at room temperature or chill before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Yield: 3-1/2 cups.

Serving size: 1/4 cup.
