1 lrg	Onion
4 x	Ribs celery
4 x	Carrots
1 sm	Head cabbage, shredded
48 oz	Spicy tomato-based juice, (e.g., bloody mary mix, V-8, etc.)
2 cup	Water, up to 3 broth packets
1 x	Big pinch dried parsley
3 sprg	thyme
1 x	Bay leaf
2 x	Sprinkles garlic powder

Instructions:

Instructions: Chop vegetables. Combine all ingredients in large pot, cover and simmer at least 1 hour. Remove bay leaf.

Makes about 3 quarts.
