Instructions: Melt cheeses in top of double boiler. While cheeses are melting, fry sausage and drain well. Mix cheeses and sausage together. Add chopped peppers. Pour into a WELL-greased bundt pan. Put in refrigerator to harden.
Unmold onto platter and serve with assorted crackers. For a spicier mold, add cumin, garlic powder or fresh garlic, and onion powder. Email this Recipe:
