Instructions: Melt the butter or margarine in a skillet, then stir in the flour and mustard until it is smooth. Whisk in the milk until it is smooth, stirring constantly untilEthe sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and jalapeno pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted. Toss with 5 c. ofEhot cooked pasta. You may eat this just after tossing, or pour it into a greased casserole dish, top with additional cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. I like this topped with a little salsa at serving time.
