Instructions: Heat oil in wok, add garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add chicken, soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until chicken browns. Add sweet chilli sauce and stir for 1/2 minute. Remove chicken and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with steamed rice.
