2 cup dried kidney beans
5 cup water
2 x yellow onions, chopped
1 x green pepper, chopped
2 stalk celery, chopped
2 x cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup tomato sauce
15 oz stewed tomatoes
4 tbl chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the beans and water in a large pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 hours. Add the remaining ingredients and cook an additional 2 hours.
