6 x cod fillets
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl lemon juice
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle bread crumbs in bottom of a greased, shallow baking dish. Place cod fillets on top of crumbs in dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour evenly over fish.

Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) about 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish, basting several times through the cooking cycle. Garnish with fresh parsley.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
