Instructions: Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry. Place in glass dish, or plastic bag, season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours, or overnight in refrigerator.
BBQ over hot coals 6-8 minutes, turn and baste with marinade. Continue turning and basting until just cooked through, about 16-20 minutes total. Email this Recipe:
