Ingredients:

3/4 cup water
6 tbl hot sauce (see note)
1 x egg large
3 cup bread flour
1/2 tbl sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup corn meal
Instructions:
Instructions: Place in ABM in order advised by your manual.

(Note: use your favorite hot sauce. I used "habanero sauce." Too hot for friends and neighbors, but I loved it...Ill use a milder one next time!)

NOTES : Yikes...this bread, featured in Jeffrey Gerlachs excellent book, "Mens Guide to Bread Machine Baking," is really spicy...and Im a chile-head!
