Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 tbl rice wine vinegar
2 tbl vegetable oil
1 tbl lime juice
1 tsp Thai chili-garlic sauce or paste - (to 2)
(available in the Asian section of the supermarket or in gourmet stores)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz lump crabmeat drained, and
coarsely chopped
1 x cucumber peeled, seeded,
and diced
2 x green onions sliced
2 tbl chopped pickled ginger
Peanut oil as needed
24 x wontons
2 tbl sesame seeds toasted
Instructions:
Instructions: Whisk together rice wine vinegar and next 5 ingredients. Stir in crabmeat and next 3 ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Pour peanut oil to a depth of 1/2 inch into a large skillet. Fry wontons, in batches, in hot oil over medium-high heat 30 seconds on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve wontons with salsa.

This recipe yields 8 appetizer servings.
