Instructions: Process onion and garlic in food processor until chopped, stopping to scrape down sides; remove mixture, and set aside.
Process 1 package corn in food pro-cessor until almost smooth (about 45 seconds), stopping to scrape down sides. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon. Add onion mixture to drippings, and saute over medium-high heat until tender. Add pureed corn, remaining package of corn, Cajun seasoning, and milk. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes. Stir in bacon. This recipe yields 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
