Instructions: Combine everything but hot dogs in the crock pot; cover and cook on HIGH 1 to 2 hours, until well blended. Add hot dogs, stir, and cook another 1 to 2 hours, until heated through.

Turn to LOW to keep warm and serve from the crock pot.
