Instructions: Mix the powder spices and salt with the vinegar.
Marinate the prawns in this mixture for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a kadai or wok. Add the nigella garlic red chillies and curry leaves. Reduce the heat and stir fry for a minute. Add the prawns stirring continuously until they are completely cooked. Remove the chillies and curry leaves. Serve hot with a bland accompaniment like rice or rotis to balance the spicy heat of the prawns. The prawns can be served as a starter or main course.
