2 tsp	black pepper, cracked
2 tsp	bayleaves, chopped
2 tsp	rosemary, chopped
2 tsp	sage, chopped
2 tsp	oregano, chopped
2 tsp	red chillies
1/2 tsp	fennel seeds

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a bottle and shake vigourously, seal and leave 2 weeks before using.

Brush on meats during grilling and on pizzas.
