1 cup	Soy sauce
2 tsp	Finely minced garlic
3/4 tsp	Ground ginger
6 tbl	Brown sugar
3 tbl	Sherry
3 lb	Lean meat, cut in strips

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix ingredients. Marinate in refregerator for at least 6 hours before drying.
