250 gm Broccoli
60 gm Ghee
1 med Onion, chopped
2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 cup Red lentils
2 x Potatoes, chopped
2 x Carrots, sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut broccoli into small florets. Heat ghee in pan, add onion and garlic, cook, stirring until onion is soft. Add curry powder and garam masala, cook for 1 minute, stirring. Add lentils, potatoes, carrots and water. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli, simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
