Instructions: In a baking dish, stir together undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, rice, onion, celery, green pepper, chicken bouillon granules, garlic powder, and red pepper. Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, and paprika, if desired. Cover with foil.
