MEAT MIXTURE ----------------
1 lb lean ground beef
1 x egg
1/2 cup V-8 juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 x shakes Pick-a-Pepper sauce
1 tbl parsley
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
2/3 cup oatmeal
----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1/4 cup catsup
6 tbl or less brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients of meat mixture and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Mix topping ingredients; drizzle over meat loaf and continue baking about another 15 minutes.
