Instructions: Make the sesame dip: Whisk together all the dip ingredients and set aside.
Combine the beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, tomato paste, paprika, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Using your hands roll mixture into little meatballs.
