Instructions: Melt butter in large saute pan, add onion and green pepper and cook about 5 min or until onions are translucent. Add jalapenos, tomato and eggs, scramble until eggs start to set. Stir in tortilla strips. Serve topped with cheese; serve the salsa (and flour tortillas and refritos if desired)
