Ingredients:

1/2 cup Onions, chopped
2 cup Fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Hot sesame oil
1 cup Okra, sliced
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 x Vegetable bouillon cube
2 cup White basmati rice, cooked
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium size saucepan, saute the onions and tomatoes in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the okra, garlic, salt, pepper and bouillon cube. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot over the rice and beans, or brown rice.
