Instructions: Chop the creamed coconut and place in a small pan with the milk.
Heat gently for about 2 minutes stirring constantly until the coconut melts and forms a paste with the milk. Transfer the coconut mixture to a blender or food processor and add all the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth then transfer into a small bowl. Cover and set aside until required. Make this rich spicy dressing in advance to allow the flavors to develop before using.
