Instructions: Stir red pepper and oils over med. heat for 2 minutes. Add honey, soy sauce and salt. Stir to combine and set aside. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 9 minutes. Drain and combine with soy sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnite. When ready to serve, add chopped cilantro, peanuts and green onions to noodles.
